As we close out another incredible year at Boost Rentals, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for entrusting me to manage your properties. It’s been an amazing ride, and I’m so proud of what we’ve accomplished together.

This year marks a new chapter for Boost Rentals, with exciting growth and continued strides in delivering exceptional service to you and our guests. Here’s a quick look back at 2024 and all we’ve achieved:

Expanded Support Team

We’ve grown our operations team to three full-time employees, which means better support for both you and our guests. With this team, we’ve elevated our responsiveness, streamlined processes, and ensured that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Our maintenance team has also expanded to eight skilled members who work tirelessly to keep properties in top condition. From quick fixes to preventative care, they’ve ensured your homes remain pristine and guest-ready at all times.

Major Accomplishments in 2025

Review Rating: We increased our average guest review score from 4.84 to 4.85 stars, with an incredible 89% of all reviews earning 5 stars.
Superhost Status: 97% of our owners have maintained Superhost status—an achievement that reflects the exceptional experiences your properties provide.
Guest Favorites: 29% of our listings are now marked as “guest favorites,” a testament to the unique charm and quality of your homes.

One Last Thing…

This year, I’ve been deeply touched by the amazing support many of you have shown in helping Boost Rentals grow. Owner referrals have been a major asset to our business, and it’s humbling to see how invested you are in our success. Whether it’s connecting me with potential clients, sharing feedback, or lending your encouragement, I truly, deeply appreciate every single effort. Boost Rentals wouldn’t be where it is today without you.
