2023 Annual Letter to Boost Owners

I hope you had a great holiday season and the start of 2024 so far! Thank you so much for letting me manage your properties throughout the last year. It was a ton of fun and I think we made some progress in building the reputation of every single property through quality reviews.

This concludes my second year running Boost Rentals and I have lots of plans for improving the breadth and depth of services for the business going forward!

Here are a few notable improvements made throughout the year:

● Expanded my support team to offer better service to you as owners and our guests, in a quicker, more gracious manner

● Signed an exclusive contract with a high-quality maintenance company for general maintenance. If you haven’t noticed, our general maintenance issues have been resolved in a lighting fast manner, and almost never are recurring. I think we made the right decision and plan to continue working with them going forward

● Made improvements to our invoicing services, making them quicker, easier and with better visibility to expenses for our owners

● We have steadily decreased our supply expenses on a per property basis by almost 20%, though there are outliers based on the needs of particular homes

Here are a few major accomplishments:

● We improved our overall guest review average from 4.81 stars to 4.84 stars! 87% of all reviews were 5 stars

● 95% of my owners have Superhost status

● 26% of the homes managed are marked as “guest favorites”
